This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you ("User") and Hunan Anpai Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we" or "the Company").

By using the App, you agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• This Agreement applies to all features and services of CardiaLink - Heart Rate & Health, including but not limited to heart rate monitoring and health data analysis.

• The App collects data such as heart rate and device information. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
• You must ensure that the data provided is lawful and accurate, and you assume all risks arising from inaccurate data.

2.2 Data Storage

Your heart rate data is stored locally on your device by default. We do not actively store your health data.

3. Usage Restrictions

3.1 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or maliciously attack the App;
• Use the App to disseminate illegal, false, or infringing content;
• Disrupt normal use by other users.

3.2 Disclaimer

The heart rate data provided by the App is for reference only and does not constitute medical diagnosis or advice.

We are not liable for any health risks resulting from reliance on this data.

4. Service Modifications and Termination

4.1 Service Adjustments

• We reserve the right to update, suspend, or terminate any or all services at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Termination of Agreement

• If you violate this Agreement, we may immediately terminate your access.
• You may stop using the App at any time, but any existing data may not be recoverable.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content of the App (including code, interface, trademarks, etc.) is owned by Hunan Anpai Information Technology Co., Ltd.
• Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:

·Service interruptions due to network failures or device compatibility issues;

·Privacy breaches resulting from user-shared data;

·Losses caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, policy changes).
